Robin recently sold a condominium for me in South Arlington off South Walter Reed Drive. Robin was referred to me by the rental company through which I was renting this condo out to tenants. Robin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and effective in how she handled the entire process. I had never sold a property before, and she basically walked me through the whole process. She handled every step except for the ones that I as the owner had to do, which was great because having never been through this process before, I wasn’t sure what all those steps were. She was very effective in that she conducted an open house for the property immediately after we put the property on the market, and we got one offer immediately which turned out to be above our asking price. We ended up selling the property to that bidder, and Robin took care of all the negotiations with that bidder, and used contractors she already knew who took care of fixing all the things that had to be fixed in order for the sale to be completed. In short, Robin had excellent knowledge about the area where my condo was located and came up with an accurate price we could expect to get, marketed the property, found a potential buyer immediately, and was able to quickly get all the work done to complete the deal for a higher price than what I had expected to get.
